This part of work is well known on my LinkedIn page. Working on different hydrogen projects I have possibilities to assess the EU regulation from practical perspectives and to determine possible barriers for the future projects. It is not possible to have a full picture of regulation without practice. For these reasons my work with EU regulation sometimes looks like a very interesting investigation and a search of possible solutions for regulation of new technologies. The regulation for hydrogen sector is in process of development and I work with a completely new technology for the energy sector – LOHC. This part of work can look like the most boring, but not to me. My working activity can be divided on three main parts: I specialized in the legal support of renewable energy projects, especially wind projects, energy markets and regulation.Ĭurrently I focus on the EU Regulation for development of #LOHC technology for #hydrogen storage and transportation. Earlier I was a Head of Energy Practice in Sayenko Kharenko Law Firm in Ukraine and had more than 10 years’ experience as a lawyer in the energy sector of Ukraine. From April 2022 I work in Hydrogenious LOHC Technologies as Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs.

With this post I would like to introduce myself to all of you who do not know me outside LinkedIn. Most of you know me from this LinkedIn page and only some of you know me in person.
